Pavlova

So yesterday a relative sent out kinda strange looking food to our house, i mean my dad told me it was pretzels so i was okay, i've had that before, so then when the actual thing arrive, it's actually strange, i thought it was some kind of big biscuit or something, but it's not, it's actually called Pavlova, it's kinda like a cake, but it's actually a big sized meringue with cream and fruits on top of it.

Pavlova turned out to be a surprising taste of a cake, i've never actually had a pavlova before, it's actually named after a Russian ballet dancer named Anna Pavlova which i think is awesome, so how does pavlova taste? it's kinda like wafer my mom describe it, but it's actually kinda crispy, and when it's inside your mouth, it sort of melt away, and it's really sweet because of the fruits, there's actually lots of fruits, but only strawberry, blueberry and grapes, it's actually delicious, now i'm not a cake eating type of guy, but Pavlova might seem like a cake, but it's different, it doesn't have that soft texture you normally got from a cake, and the cream sort of mixed with the meringue once you got it inside of your mouth, and the sweetness comes naturally from the fruit, i sound like a fruit critic i know..

So i've done a little bit of research of myself by searching on youtube and googling it, at first i thought it was a trifle cake, due to it's cream and fruits, but i was wrong, come on, don't tell me you've never been wrong before, but anyways, turns out it's called pavlova, and the strange thing is, after talking to my cousin, actually more of listening, i don't do much talking, she really got my parents interested in baking a pavlova, because apparently there is no pavlova selling here, reason? it's astonishingly expensive, it's kinda like a cake, without the price of a cake, coming in to secret recipe and finding out 7 bucks for a slice of cake kinda makes my head pop a little bit, and 80 bucks for a cake? i mean seriously? we used to spend like 50 bucks on cakes, and that's only for birthdays, yeah it's strange i know, so Pavlova is sold for a hundred and fifty bucks, and if you can't read that the numeral is 150 bucks, i mean seriously?

But it's kinda hard, but not really to make, i mean i saw youtube videos, and i kinda feel like i actually wanna make pavlova, and i've gotta be honest, it's really good, and if you have a chance to go to KL, you should look for Pavlova, and i'll guarantee you that you won't be disappointed, but if you can't spare a hundred and fifty bucks, you can always log on to youtube and learn how to bake it yourself, i mean a hundred and fifty bucks is a lot of money, but i guess it's kinda worth it sort of, well we got it for free, so i can't really brag about it, but i don't really have much time to bake a pavlova, actually i never bake anything in my life, actually i did, but i failed, i remember trying to bake orange cookies, yeah i have no idea what i'm doing, i kinda like mash up some cookies and put some orange juice in it, i seriously forgot how it taste like, but i'm pretty sure that it's not even hard, yeah i'm not a baker, but this Pavlova thing really got me hook, kinda remember like the time i was hook on buying Speedstacking, but that was kinda disappointing, but anyway, life goes on, and i'm trying this Pavlova, maybe not now, but later in december, and maybe i could serve it as a christmas dish, and maybe actually make a profit by baking pavlova, cause seriously, last night was some kind of awakening, i mean there's no pavlova selling in KK, so that's kind of an opportunity, so yeah, maybe i'll become a pavlova baker, or maybe i just make the little one, the meringue, cause i'm not totally confident with myself in making stuff that big, so yeah, pavlova, even the name it self contain the word Love without the E, you get what i mean..
